1. Cancellation by User:
- You may cancel your consultation booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled time to receive a 100% refund.
- You can also choose to reschedule the booking for another available time slot instead of a refund.
2. Cancellation by Service Provider:
- If the appointment is canceled by our astrologer or Vastu expert (Shastri Ji), you will be notified immediately.
- In such cases, you will have the option to receive a full refund or reschedule the appointment for a different time that suits you.
Products (Jadi Booti, Gemstones, Yantras, and Rudraksha):
1. Order Cancellation:
- If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order to receive a full refund.
- Orders canceled after 24 hours may not be eligible for a refund if the shipping process has begun.
2. Damaged or Defective Products:
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund after verifying the issue.
3. Return Policy:
- Items such as gemstones, yantras, and rudraksha are personal and spiritual products, which are non-returnable once used.
- However, if the product is unused and in its original condition, you can initiate a return within 7 days of receiving it. A full refund will be processed upon successful return.
